When is Payment Due?
Upon booking an item from you must have a $40 deposit.What is the Rental Period?
We rent our equipment by the day with a minimum of 4 hours. Overnight events and multi-day rentals are easily accommodated. We do the work for you. Please contact us for any special inquires you might have, we are very flexible with our costumers.Do you deliver and set up?
Yes! We deliver all of our equipment, set it up and take it down after your event. This service is included with your rental price. Our staff will inspect the equipment for safe operation and review the rules and regulations with the persons responsible for the event. A description of the event location will be necessary 48 hours prior to the event. For example: power supply, stairs on entry, entry door sizes, hazards such a tree stumps or stones, location surfaces such as grass or concrete etc. It is very important that we are told in advance.Can I pick up the equipment from you?
You can make arrangements to pick up if you wish to.Where can I set up the equipment?
A level grassy area is the most ideal place for setting up inflatables. The area should be flat with no bumps and it needs to have at least 5 feet of clearance on all sides including obstacles like sticks, rocks, sharp objects, sprinklers, animal waste, etc. Stakes will be used to hold the inflatable unit in place if installed on a grass surface. Inflatables can also be set up indoors, on concrete, asphalt or other surfaces, when necessary. In situations such as these sandbags will be used to secure the units.Are reservations necessary?
Yes, TA Children & Public Event Planner suggest you call us 2-4 weeks prior to ensure a secure place.What are the power requirements?
Normally each inflatable runs off of a 110v outlet on a dedicated 20 AMP circuit - this is usually what you would consider a standard outlet in most homes and businesses. We will need a dedicated circuit without other electrical devices plugged into it. This will prevent power loss due to "tripping" a circuit breaker. If you are renting multiple inflatables or plan on setting the unit up more than 100 feet away from an outlet, please discuss power requirements prior to your day's event. We will provide the necessary cables to reach your power source.Is TA Children & Public Event Planner insured?
Absolutely!! We take safety very seriously and choose the best coverage in our industry. **Remember...reputable companies carry insurance, so don't be afraid to ask for an insurance certificate.How much room do I need?
The amount of room required varies with each piece of equipment. Our website features details about each inflatable including area size, power requirements and setup info. As a rule of thumb, you should add 5' to the width and 10' to the length of any inflatable to accommodate space needed for tie-down ropes, blowers and traffic. Height requirements for overhead clearance can be found on our website. We are happy to discuss these space requirements when you make a reservation.What kind of supervision is necessary?
For the safety of the participants, each unit requires at least one adult supervisor at all times. For larger inflatables such as large slides and obstacle courses, at least two adult supervisors are requires. There must be adult supervision at all times. There are generally two reasons for accidents on inflatable equipment: there are too many children on the unit or the unit not kept secured. Adult should monitor the amount of children and make sure they are acting in a responsible manner. Also should check the equipment to ensure it is secured to the ground. Safety is a priority no matter how small or big the event is.What if it rains?
Remember the inflatables and equipment cannot be operated in wind over 25kmh or in the rain. If the event must be canceled due to bad weather, we will be happy to reschedule for another date.Is the equipment safe?
Inflatables are very safe. As a renter of this equipment, you must follow the safety rules and have supervisors at all the times to ensure an enjoyable experience. When children are playing on safe, clean equipment, you will have successful event.What if I want to change my order?
Please give us a call if you need to change your order. We are happy to work with you based on equipment availability at the time of your change request. The earlier you call, the greater the selection of available equipment.How do I make a reservation?
