The best experience I ever had ! was with tabounce events !
Everything went well form the day I called Trish ! The whole family was very nice and friendly they make renting very easy and affordable ! The quality of all there products were all top notch stuff from the cotton candy to the popcorn and the Disney castle blew my guest off the walls... everyone was talking about my party. How good the popcorn was because it was all gourmet stuff just like the movies theatre it was buttered and salted perfectly not like the cheep stuff and the cotton candy was a hit with everyone it was ssooooo goood and flavourful  ! Well worth the money.
And the gorgeous disney castle was so beautiful the whole party couldn't wait to get inside and start bouncing! The castle was never empty, the quests loved it. It was so bright and inviting and was made very strong and durable not like the ones other vendors try to rent you. What tabounce offers is true high quality stuff just as advertised. I was so satisfied with everyone and everything I rented that day and I also decided to rent two more time this summer because we just can't get enough and the service is so efficient. On time delivery, drop off and pick up, they even disinfect the equipment right in front of you. They made everything easily assessable too me and all their equipments was so easy to operate! This will definitely be my party event planners for years to come and I will definitely recommend tabounce to everyone who loves good friendly customer service and excellent quality products!

We hired Trish for our twin boys 2nd b-day party. Right from the start they were personable, understanding and very professional. They made everything as easy as they could for me, from ordering the product to payment. Once the castle arrived everything was set-up professionally and extremely clean. We also rented the popcorn machine and the cotton candy machine and the kids loved them! They were a huge hit. After the party was done everything was taken down by the staff and they were extremely friendly.

They made our sons second b-day a memorable one. We will be back.
